Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Our center accommodates 162 residents and features two lovely, enclosed courtyards. Woodside Nursing Center understands the importance of family and resident involvement and encourages participation in the development of a personalized plan of care. We understand that our families have busy lives and have many demands placed on them. Because of this you are encouraged to visit your loved ones at any time.
We provide comfortable rooms with picture windows and a pleasant view or a sliding glass door exiting onto a courtyard. Rooms may be personalized with items you bring from home such as a favorite comforter, family photos, or pictures.
