Built in 2006, our independently-owned facility offers short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care. The advanced rehab program at Wood Manor is fully equipped to meet your skilled nursing needs. Our five nursing wings include newly-built rehabilitation suites, designed to simulate an apartment or home. Residents practice daily tasks in our special transitional care wing, which includes a private kitchen, bathroom, and bed. Our staff works alongside families and healthcare providers to ensure each resident is confident with the demands of everyday living before heading home.

Aside from transitional care, our staff has expertise in Alzheimer’s and dementia, pain and wound management, diabetic and dialysis care, respiratory services, and IV therapies.

We encourage family members to be fully involved in the care process, as well as participate in our many community activities. We focus on enhancing a high quality of life for our residents, and offer a variety of activates to maintain a healthy mind-body connection.
