Woldenberg Village - New Orleans, LA

Woldenberg’s activity calendar features four activities for each day of the month. These include various structured games, spelling bees, cooking classes, musical performances, excursions, arts & crafts, trivia, movies, socials, and religious services. Catholic Mass is held on-site twice a week, and an organized rosary is said twice weekly as well. Jewish services are held each Saturday, and one Protestant service is offered each week. There is also a prayer group. The kitchen serves three meals a day, and the daily menu is posted right outside of the dining room. Light snacks are available, and all of the rooms include a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Woldenberg provides housekeeping and laundry service to each resident and their room once a week. Pets are allowed in the Independent Living section of the campus, but not in the Assisted Living area. There are a number of outdoor spaces, all of which are landscaped and well-appointed. The entire facility is enclosed, and there were several security attendants on-sit. All of the Assisted Living residents have private suites with a private kitchenette, living area, bedroom, and large bathroom.
