Since its establishment in 1999, The Wayne Center has distinguished itself as the area’s premier provider of advanced rehabilitation and nursing services.

Our newly remodeled, world-class facility offers the finest in rehabilitation services and long-term nursing care that have made Wayne a premier facility of choice for more than two decades. Our on-site physicians and medical specialist services eliminate the need for travel to appointments and minimize risks of residents’ exposure to the elements and potentially contagious illness.

As the area’s premier ventilator unit facility, Wayne’s 40-bed Inspire Unit features an array of advanced pulmonary and respiratory care programs. Individualized care regimens for each resident are developed under the auspices of our Board Certified Pulmonologist. Our tracheostomy programs are designed to wean qualified residents toward the ultimate goal of decannulation and return home.

Wayne’ offers on-site dialysis therapy, utilizing the newly-developed, Dialyze Direct technology, a gentler and more effective treatment allowing for an improved quality of life.

These and other on-site specialty services are administered by a highly skilled team of specialty nurses, all with Wayne’s trademark level of compassionate care.
