Our customized approach leaves you in charge! We don’t dictate to you what your schedule is to be (i.e., what time to wake up, when to bathe, meal schedules, etc). You tell us your schedule and needs and we’ll customize a plan for you. We provide a range of services from basic companionship to personal care (see detailed list below) and tailor our visits to your situation and needs.

Our philosophy is to never compromise on providing high quality care to you. That’s why we conduct comprehensive background screenings and random drug tests on all of your employees. Our entire staff is bonded and insured and we are licensed with the Virginia Department of Health. And because we are committed to the best personality match possible, you get to meet your caregiver before services start!

We respond after hours within fifteen minutes or less! It can be frustrating to receive an answering machine in times of need. At Visiting Angels, someone from our office staff always answers the phone. If you call and we are not immediately available, we return your call within 15 minutes, day or night!
