Vallhaven Care Center is a progressive skilled nursing facility and rehab center nestled in the beautiful city of Neenah. It is conveniently located just off US Highway 41 in the Fox River Valley. Our center accommodates 135 residents and includes an outpatient therapy clinic for those who need Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services. Vallhaven Care Center is proud to serve the Fox River Valley and has a close working relationship with many area hospitals and medical providers.
