About Unlimited Care Cottage 4 (Spring, TX) - Spring, TX
At Unlimited Care Inc. assisted living and home care (you can find your local branch office by calling 1-877-227-3448 or visiting our website, www.unlimitedcareinc.com and clicking ôContact Usô-either the blue underlined link at the top right of the page or the link in white words on the very right of the blue tab ), we pride ourselves in giving our patients care, which reduces pain and restores them to the healthiest quality of life they can possibly achieve. We are also dedicated to continually meeting the thorough standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and the Commission on Accreditation for Home Care for Personal Care Services. Our main goal is to assist our patients in retaining their independent living and to be a comforting resource to both the patients and their families during the length of time that our patients require health care services. Our registered nurses (RNÆs) assess patient care needs, perform skilled procedures and administer the prescribed medications. Aside from administering medications and performing procedures, our LPNÆs (licensed practical nurses) also carry out other duties as prescribed by the patientÆs doctor. Our certified home health aides are here to help with hygiene, housekeeping and other related tasks in the home or institutional facility. Our personal care aides are around to also help with errands and marketing. We also have a specialized Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) program, which is specially funded by Medicaid and is without waiver services for those who have been diagnosed with TBI and may need to stay in our facility for a lengthy period of time. The main goal here is to help those with TBI become independent and able to live in greater society again. The services include service coordination and case management; independent living skills training and development; home and community support services; respite care; community integration counseling; and arrangements for environmental modification, special equipment and supplies and community transportation. Please see our website for more information.
