We’re an income restricted community for seniors ages 55 and above. In order to qualify to live here, all applicants must pass a rental verification, back ground screening, income verification and be the age 55 and up.

Our income limits are based on the number of people per household and are as follows:

1 person: $38,750
2 persons: $44,300
3 persons: $49,850
4 persons: $55,350
5 persons: $59,800

If you exceed the income limit listed you will not qualify to live here. If this is confusing we encourage that you come in to our office, or give us a call and a Leasing Agent will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

About our apartments:

Our parking is free for first come first serve, and we do have multiple ADH parking spots available in the front of the building.
If you would like a reserved parking in the underground garage we charge an additional $100.00 a month.
We also have optional storage units available that are an additional $50.00 a month.

We do allow pets with an additional $200.00 Deposit (refundable) and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

We have several amenities available for our residents including a pool, jacuzzi, game room, fitness center and multiple rentable lounge areas.
