Our doors here at SouthTowne Living Center opened over 17 years ago, and you might say we were ahead of our time, because our home was then the first and only secure Alzheimer's/Dementia facility in Eugene.
Since 1991, we've pioneered many of today's current philosophies such as the Homelike Environment, Aging in Place, and treating our residents like our friends and family. The validation of seeing our ideas become increasingly commonplace in other settings and recognized by the Alzheimer's Association is gratifying.
