Southern Plaza is month to month, with no buy in. Each apartment is unfurnished, allowing you to give your personal furnishing which truly creates the warmth of your own home, The following amenities are included:

-Basic cable and telephone
-Emergency call system
-Individually controlled thermostat

you will find a environment that encourages activity and living life to the fullest. Your monthly rent also provides the following:

A continental breakfast, full lunch and dinner are served Monday through Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday
