A centrally located and fully licensed facility offering Intermediate Care Levels I, II, III, Extended Care, Extended Care Plus, Convalescence Care and Palliative Care. When availability permits, short term stays of a minimum of 2 week duration are also offered. Our Lodge prides itself in having a long-standing reputation, for providing care to residents by professional and dedicated staff, offering them a homelike atmosphere. Every effort is made to address individual needs and preferences. South Granville Park Lodge is licensed to provide nursing and personal care supervision and assistance with all activities of daily living to residents at the Intermediate Care I, II, III, Extended Care, Extended Care Plus and Palliative Care. Residents receive individual attention in: dressing, grooming, showering, toileting, feeding, transporting to meals and activities when required, 1-1 visits and more. South Granville Park Lodge maintains an excellent staff to resident ratio.
