River Way Place - West Bend, WI

River Way Place, LLC is a 40 unit CBRF nestled among the trees and wildlife of the Milwaukee River in West Bend. We are licensed for 45 beds and can accommodate double occupancy if desired. Opened in 1992, our facility has been in operation for 20 years serving the elderly community. Our staff consists of On-site nurses (LPN and RN Admin) M-F, on-call wkends, certified caregivers, housekeeping, maintenance, cooks. Our staff has over 25 years of combined nursing experience working with the seniors in our community. Our residents say our home is "comfortable" and "feels like my own home", "everyone is so welcoming and helpful". We are located just 1 mile from downtown West Bend where there is ample shopping, numerous parks, movie theatre, cultural events and restaurants. Our campus is nestled back off the main road among the trees by the river. There's numerous wildlife right outside the door including deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, ducks and even a beaver in a dam in our pond. We have numerous bird feeders and patios/porches by every exit door allowing our residents to experience nature as often as they wish. Our campus is also stairless and without long hallways! Our 1 bedroom apartments include a mini-kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave. Our private suites are fully furnished with a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, TV, and recliner. Cable TV is included free of charge. Whirlpool tub available at no additional charge, in fact, we do NOT charge extra for laundry, housekeeping, bathing, meals, cable, etc. All meals are served "family style" and our staff eats their meals with the residents and assists as needed. All meals are home cooked on-site, birthday cakes are home made for residents to celebrate their special day. Call to schedule a tour and share a meal with us. All staff are trained to provide tours.
