Priority Care, Inc. has been providing home care services throughout Connecticut since 1982. Our offices are Medicare Certified and Medicaid approved. We are licensed as a Home Health Care Agency by the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health. We are also Accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). All of our staff are thoroughly screened and insured. Nurses are on-call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We offer services via Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and various insurance plans. We offer specialized programs focusing on areas such as Behavioral Health, Falls Prevention, Diabetic Care, and Cardiac Rehab.
