Our facility is located in a quiet, rural area, where you can still watch a beautiful sunset and hear the birds sing, while only being one mile north of I-70, and a 45 minute drive to Lake St. Louis or Columbia. We have a beautiful courtyard in bloom with all the seasons’ favorite flowers, with plenty of room for families to come and relax with their loved ones. Bring the grandkids or the family dog for a visit. We have proudly served the elderly in this community since 1976. Our caring and compassionate staff bring that “at home” feeling to our facility. Our not-for-profit facility is guided by a local, volunteer Board of Directors and managed by St. Andrew’s Management Services. We take extreme pride in the excellence of care we provide. We have received a 5 star rating by CMS many times as well as being deficiency free after our state reviews. Our highest priority is the physical, emotional, and spiritual well being of our residents. We are a 120 bed facility including skilled Medicare and Medicaid certified beds as well as residential care. We have onsite rehabilitation services including PT, OT and speech therapy. Our competent staff can assist with 24 hr a day admissions.
