About Mom's Place III - Camarillo, CA
Mom’s Place offers residential living for seniors in need of assistance. Each of our lovely houses is located in a residential neighborhood of large estate single-family homes in Camarillo, California just 45 minutes north of Los Angeles. There are 6 residents living in each house, with 3 full-time caregivers in attendance at all times. We seek to provide long-term care for seniors who seek a safe, comfortable and dignified environment. We take extra special care of residents….just as if they were our own mother. In fact, one of them is! When my mom felt that she wanted to move into an Assisted Living environment, we created Mom’s Place. My mom was the very first resident at Mom’s Place and she still enjoys the warmth and comfort of this special home. I use my training and experience as a marriage and family counselor to help my residents and their families cope with the issue of declining health. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every resident by addressing their physical, social and emotional well-being. Having one care-giver to every two guests gives us the opportunity to encourage and support choices in each resident’s daily life.
