Golden West is located next to Boulder’s majestic Flatiron Mountains and the University of Colorado. Many of our residents take advantage of our 300+ days of sunshine each year to enjoy our beautiful campus and gardens, visit coffee shops, and walk to the nearby shopping mall and university.

Built before the city of Boulder’s 50-foot height restriction was adopted, The Towers at Golden West are distinctive in Boulder’s landscape for their profile overlooking the University of Colorado campus. As a result, The Towers’ 255 independent living apartments offer some of the best views in town. The Towers feature studio or one-bedroom independent living rental apartments. All have wall-to-wall windows that highlight the expansive views. Each apartment has individually controlled thermostats and an emergency call system. All utilities, phone and cable television services are included in one convenient monthly bill. All apartments have a full kitchen, ample closet space and an entry hall for privacy. There are also small sitting areas on each floor for neighbors to gather. Monthly fees include one meal each day, which is served in the central dining room.

The Towers are income restricted apartments; we do accept Section 8 vouchers.
