Lynda’s Courtyard does not want to be just a place like home. Rather, they want their residents to consider Lynda’s Courtyard as their own home. Lynda’s Courtyard is located in a residential setting with beautiful vast views of the Santa Catalina & Tucson Mountains. They have 8 spacious private bedrooms surrounding a beautiful courtyard plus, a two-room Presidential Suite that is available for one or two people.
Each resident is invited to bring their own furniture and decorate their room as they wish! Each room has DirecTV for a wide selection of entertainment. Residents can stay in their room as desired, but each resident is encouraged to participate in group activities, including delicious family-style meals. At Lynda’s Courtyard they also encourage family members to join their loved ones for meals.
The meals at Lynda’s Courtyard are planned to provide the resident's favorites within a nutritious total package. When a resident moves in their food preferences and dietary requirements are noted and that information is incorporated into the home’s menus. Fresh fruit & berries are a centerpiece for daily snacks.
ACTIVITIES FOR MIND AND BODY
Lynda’s Courtyard holds two fun, entertaining activities each day. The activities vary to keep the resident’s interest. They have “chair exercises”, games, Thursday afternoon tea, Ice Cream Sundae Sundays, bingo, bowling, courtyard walks and much more.

Birthdays and holidays are celebrated with cake or other appropriate treats. We invite the resident’s family to participate in birthday and holiday celebrations. The home strives to provide a celebratory atmosphere throughout the year. Other activities and services are provided by contracted personnel. For example, our beautician comes weekly to provide the scheduled services to the residents. Services available include: hair cutting, styling, coloring, manicures, and pedicures. Other contracted services may include pet therapy, exercise leaders, educational presentations (such as fall prevention), and more.
THE STAFF
Lynda's Courtyard provides 24/7 awake staff to ensure our resident's needs are covered. The care staff are all certified Arizona caregivers who have a passion for caring for the elderly.
