Hello there! Welcome to Lorien Bel Air! We are one of 9 Lorien Health Service communities that operate exclusively in the state of Maryland. Lorien believes in providing each of our residents a positive experience. At each Lorien Facility, we believe in enhancing the quality of life to our residents regardless of their level of care. We are constantly moving forward by offering our residents the future of health services. At Lorien Bel Air we currently offer Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care. We extended our services by also offering Lorien at Home. Lorien Bel Air is one of our only five communities that offers Assisted Living. What makes Lorien Bel Air different than most is our continuum of care, we provide a wide variety of services. We first opened the doors to our original building to the public in 2002. Since then in the Fall of 2019, we proudly presented “The Expansion” to the community. The Expansion has given a modern touch to our facility allowing us to expand on our Assisted Living bedrooms, update our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. The multipurpose room is well equipped for social gatherings with our grand piano and theater-style seating. Our rehabilitation gym has recently been revamped to reflect our innovative spirit. The newly renovated rehabilitation gym now includes a BMW i3 electric car to help with transferring. We strive to meet the needs of our residents each day through fine dining, fun-filled activities, and transportation around the Bel Air area. As a resident of our facility, you will benefit from all of the above, including 24 hr. registered nursing coverage and telehealth capabilities.
