As health needs change Layton Terrace’s assisted living services provide help with medication management, bathing and dressing, and managing chronic diseases. Our full-time registered nurse oversees each individualized care plan and provides clinical oversight. In addition to our Medical Director, other health care professionals provide podiatry, and other therapies right on-site.

Terrace House is a smaller setting within Layton Terrace designed for individuals who are more medically frail and have needs that cannot be fully addressed through scheduled care. Spring House is a smaller, more intimate setting located within Layton Terrace that offers a specialized program for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
