Issaquah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 5 STAR Rated by Medicare short-term and long-term care community. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapies for our short-term residents. Skilled nursing, dementia, and hospice care are also available for those in need of long-term care. We provide 24-hour skilled nursing and our doctor or nurse practitioner are available five days a week in our facility.
Our rehab programs center around quality care tailored to each individual’s unique rehabilitative needs. While we have a large rehabilitative gym, therapy occurs throughout the facility. We encourage both patients and their families to participate in therapy sessions. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies to serve our patients.
We have been awarded the Silver -Commitment to Quality Award for our dedication to improving the quality of care, presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living.
