We have recently partnered with a VA pension benefit program through the Care Planning Institute that can assist in lowering costs for veterans or their spouses receiving home care

We are in the process of obtaining a remote patient monitoring system that will enable our clients/families to communicate with their physicians; We are transitioning to use a home health care software
Provide patient education on dementia, diabetes care management. Etc (We have also partnered with a company that provides assistance to families and clients understand and management of Alzheimer’s and dementia by providing activities that aides in slowing the progression of the diseases)
