Located conveniently close to downtown, yet nestled on a quiet campus, we specialize in post-hospital rehabilitation, Assisted Living and Memory support. Our Senior Living and Rehabilitative Health campus model and consulting practitioners support our residents to maximize their quality of life while enjoying the peace of mind knowing additional services are available onsite should need arise. In addition to our 16 assisted living apartments in Hilltop II, Hilltop I at Glenwood offers a cozy, secure memory care community with 16 private apartments with specialized programming and activities. This memory support facility is licensed as a special care assisted living facility and is housed in its own secure stand-alone building.

Our 3 day minimum Respite stay offers the flexibility for Caregivers to take a much-needed break from the demands of daily life, while providing an opportunity for your loved one to socialize with an array of activities in a safe, supportive, welcoming environment.
