Situated in an excellent location in northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico, just off US 25 near the US 40 interchange, Haven Care ~ Cottonwood is a beautiful five bed residential care home. Personal care and special attention is our goal to make your loved ones feel at home. Haven Care is locally owned and has a total of six specialty homes each focusing on caring for those suffering from dementia related illnesses. All six of our homes are secured with only five residents at a time. Your family can rest assured that your precious loved one will receive a full array of assisted living services. These include administering proper medication, showering and dressing assistance, and overall general supervision. Residents will also receive Occupational Therapy activities, and have a hairdresser and a massage therapist available to them. We have two activities directors that are in each home for 2 1/2 hours every day. These directors create an individual service plan for each residentÆs personal needs. In this way they can develop a plan that would be most beneficial to your loved one. Lovelace Women's Hospital is located within 2 miles of Haven Care. They scored an 87 out of 100 in its most recent Medicare review. If there is ever a need for hospital care we are just minutes away.
