Birch house is a lovely brick home in an upper middle class neighborhood and is less than 3 miles from Lovelace Women's Hosptal, which was rated at 87% on its latest medicare review. Three other highly rated major hospitals are within seven miles. Birch House has private rooms for 5 residents and specializes in Alzheimer's and dementia care. It blends into its neighborhood and looks like just another home. There is always at least one staff member on duty and Haven Care provides regular in home health care with both a staff RN and regular MD visitation. Haven Care takes particular pride in the quality of security they provide. Top quality home style cooking and snacks are provided. Birch house is not a medicare or medicaid facility. Birch house is what is known as a micro-community type facility.
