Working with the resident’s physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. Hallmark Nursing & Rehabilitation Center accommodates 124 residents. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, and located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. We are JCAHO accredited with an excellent survey history. Since 1968, Hallmark has enjoyed a reputation for quality care in the community amidst the growing number of new facilities built around it. We are located two miles from St. Luke’s hospital and offer on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We cater to the Portuguese population with specialized activities and dietary selections.
