About Grandma's House - Charlotte, NC
Grandma’s House was built in 1997 for my mother. I wanted to ensure her happiness, safety, dignity and quality of life surrounded by love.
Our home is a beautiful 4000 square foot home on 1 1/2 acres on a golf course in South Charlotte.
Grandma’s House offers Assisted Living with Total Care. We offer Respite, Long Term, Alzheimer and Dementia Care. We are also licensed for 3 non- ambulatory patients.
We work closely with all rehabilitation services to provide in-home visits for stroke or heart patients at their convenience. We also work with Home Health Care Specialists, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Hospice.
All our Caregivers have been with our family over 6 years and are State Licensed Certified Nurses Assistants, Medical Technicians and CPR Certified.
