About Garden House - Morro Bay, CA
Garden House is a loving care facility for 15 residents set in the quiet seaside serenity of Morro Bay.
Garden House specializes in Alzheimer's and other dementias with a secured perimeter in a home-like setting.
Well-thought-out services include private rooms, the highest personal attendant to resident ratio possible, pets are welcomed, a full activities program and "pampering" such as manicures and hair styling are part of the basic package.
With a Hospice Waiver and a Bedridden Clearance Garden House is able to provide special one-on-one care until the end of life which we call a "Heavenly Discharge".
Garden House is a teaching program for the Cal Poly State University Nutrition and Food Science Department. Students intern at Garden House and their presence provides entertainment, individual attention to residents, and young faces and enthusiasm for our residents to enjoy. The students participate in activities and help with meals. They even help feed those that need special assistance.
