That’s why we offer a range of health services— neighborhoods of care as we like to call them—from short-term rehab and personal care, to long-term care. Connected to Foxdale’s campus through the Community Building, residents enjoy plenty of social opportunities.

A residential neighborhood with all private accommodations located in our Community Building, our compassionate staff is here to focus on enhancing your independence so you can focus on living each day to its fullest.
Our Personal Care residents enjoy:

•Access to our Medical Director and on-site Health Office
Short-Term Rehab Services.Our occupational, physical and speech therapists are integral members of the Foxdale health care team, and assist people to regain their skills and enjoy the best quality of life. They are trained
on the latest technology, approaches and protocols and will develop a rehabilitation plan that is unique to each person’s needs, working with you and your family to set short- and longterm treatment goals for recovery.
Nursing Care in Anthony House.Designed to meet the needs of those who require around-the-clock assistance, Anthony House is a licensed nursing care neighborhood with all private accommodations. Our team of professionals take care of the details, so you can look forward to each new day spending time with family, friends and doing the things you enjoy most.
Memory Care: Two levels of Care.Foxdale offers two different memory support neighborhoods. One for seniors with early stages of memory loss, and another for those who may benefit from enhanced memory support services. These neighborhoods offer an interactive and rewarding lifestyle where your loved one can get the most out of each day and, for you, peace of mind.
