Fernbrook Estate on Cibolo Cree is a small private-pay Residential Personal Care Home nestled in the Texas Hill Country north of San Antonio on Interstate Highway 10, in Boerne, Texas.

In our family home, we provide quality personalized assistance to the frail elderly, those cognitively impaired and any adults requiring physical attention or aid. In addition to long-term care, we also provide short-term respite care, and non-residential adult day care.

The manager/owner lives on site and has a close personal relationship with clients on a daily basis. We offer 24/7 assistance from our qualified staff. This includes three meals a day with snacks and beverages, laundry services, showers and baths, plus much more. We offer a variety of activities, including animal therapy, games, activities, a large library, television and music, and the opportunity to sit comfortably, indoors or outdoors, to watch our pet dogs and parakeets, plus the wild deer and birds that come to play under our 10+ acres of ancient oak trees.

Unlike other premium facilities, we offer one simple, monthly fee based upon the client’s initial needs assessment. Monthly expenses then remain the same*, providing stability in your budgeting.

We are not an institution, skilled nursing or medical facility. However, we do welcome the providers of your choosing to enter our home and give third-party nursing, home health care, and hospice services to your loved ones.
