FALSE CREEK RESIDENCE - Vancouver, BC

Our False Creek Residence houses 24 tenants, all of whom require 24-hour assistance, but are too young for traditional facility care. The False Creek residence uses a shared care model, which provides the tenants with professional meal preparation and a full recreation lounge.Each resident enjoys a private room and shares a bathroom with their neighboring tenant. The building has a large dining room, complete with wall aquarium, snack area and full service kitchen, along with laundry facilities and computer lounge. On the second floor is Porter’s Place – an accessible kitchen used for teaching with the residents.
