Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center accommodates 165 residents. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified, as well as being Joint Commission accredited. Our "TEAM" approach means specially trained staff work around the clock to assist in meeting rehabilitative goals established by our team of professionals.
