Deer Creek Manor - Santa Rosa, CA

Deer Creek Manor is a twenty-four hour residential care facility, located in Piedmont Heights of Santa Rosa. The Piedmont Heights neighborhood is known for its safety and beauty. We have a beautiful one-story facility, situated near several hospitals, doctors offices and shopping centers. Our residents are afforded a lovely view of a winter creek from our back deck. We offer six private ambulatory/non-ambulatory bedrooms, most of which boast private bathrooms. Each of our rooms is equipped with a voice-activated intercom system, so that residents can get help promptly whenever they need it. We also offer many services, including the following: meal preparation, laundry services and housekeeping, linen service, help with dressing and bathing, transportation to doctors' offices and medication administration. Deer Creek Manor prides itself on providing comforting and peaceful care to the elderly. We treat each of our patients like a member of our family. To that end, Deer Creek's owners live and work at the manor, alongside other staff. They are actively involved in caring for our seniors.
