With only 68 apartments, Crosby Commons is a relatively small, intimate community where it is easy to find your way around. It is large enough to meet a variety of new people but small enough to be able to know your neighbors and foster meaningful relationships.

Health, Wellness and Assisted Living Services

We provide personalized care to meet each person’s individualized needs.  We do this by enlisting consistent caregivers to provide care packages ranging from 15-minutes once a week, all the way up to 24-hours to help our residents age in place in our community.  On-site physician services and Wellness & Fitness Center help our residents maintain optimum health, independence and wellness.
