About Country Villa ALF - Callahan, FL
Our Country Villa ALF is a luxury facility located in a gated 7-acres private lot surrounded by a variety of colorful cactuses along the walkway. Facility features beautiful private lake where residents can walk around or sit on a porch and enjoy the scenery of wild life. Canadian gooses, gorgeous egrets, turtles, bunnies etc...it is very picturesque and we think therapeutic.
We take pride in exclusive interior design full of custom made wood work, designers furniture and lamps. Most beds are with adjustable mattresses. Two living rooms with TVs and fire place. Please mention that bedrooms are spacious and private (4 private and 1 semi-private)
Our residents will enjoy a home made cuisine prepared for them. Our menu will reflect individual residents requests.
Besides many activities that we are offering, We have professional team of physicians including Telehealth by mental health physician available, nurses, aides, as well as physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologist to meet the needs of our residents at their request.
Our facility is very easy to find and conveniently located 20 mins from downtown Jacksonville and 10 mins from Jacksonville international airport.
Our facility is owned and operated by a licensed speech therapist.
