· NO CALL / NO SHOW GUARANTEE - We have a no call / no show guarantee. If a caregiver is unable to make their scheduled shift, we guarantee that the shift will be covered.

· FALL PREVENTION PROGRAM - We go through a comprehensive safety assessment in the home, prior to starting services, to ensure the client can stay in their home for as long as possible.

· DEMENTIA CERTIFIED – Our caregivers have gone through a rigorous 8 hour dementia curriculum provided by the South Carolina Office on Aging. They were educated on the signs, symptoms, and environmental / physical challenges of working with someone with Dementia.

· FREE INDIVIDUALIZED CONSULTATION - We offer a free in-home (health and safety) assessment, by our RN, for all potential clients. That assessment ensures our caregivers are matched with our clients, based on needs, personality and environment.

· CONSISTENT CAREGIVER – Our clients will get a consistent caregiver, day-in and day-out.

· EXPERIENCED CAREGIVER - Our caregiver’s average 10 years of experience with many having over 15 years and some having over 25 years of experience.

· PEACE OF MIND - All of the caregivers have gone through a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

· A RESOURCE - We have a number of resources in the community that we can access, if or when the need arises, to get you or your loved one the help they need. (Elder Law Attorney, Estate Planner, Financial Advisor, Real Estate Agent, etc.)

· VA PAPERWORK - We have a great relationship with our local VA office. We can help fill out the paperwork and guide you through the process of getting the VA benefits that you or a loved one deserves.
