Care With Love - Reseda, CA

6 private bed RCFE for clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia with the following services provided:
•Lodging
•Meal Services: Three (3) nutritious meals daily and three (3) snacks between meals. (Special diets accommodated if needed.)
•Laundry Services: Clothing, bed and bath linens will be laundered three (3) times a week or more often as needed.
•Cleaning of resident's room daily.
•Weekly linen changes or more often if needed.
•Assistance with daily living needs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, continence, transferring from bed to chair, and other personal needs).
•Assistance with taking prescribed medication in accordance with physician's instructions.
•Assist families with resident's medical & dental appointments and provide round trip transportation for up to three (3) visits/month.
•Continuous observation, care, supervision, and nurturing as required.
•Notification to family, physician, and reliable parties in regards to residents needs.
