Whether home is a residence within the community, or an independent or assisted living community, our team of carefully screened clinicians is there to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have further enhanced our in-home visits by providing point-of-care laptops to our clinicians. This means we have the most up-to-date medical information available to us and our patients.

Our nurses, therapists, medical social workers and home health aides undergo background screenings, reference checks, and license/certificate verification. Our team is also bonded and insured. Cardinal is a Medicare and Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) certified agency serving residents of Franklin County.
