You bring your own furniture and accessories, so you can decorate and make your space feel like home. Each room has its own private ensuite, promoting an independent and positive lifestyle. Spacious closets, central heating & air conditioning, sun room, patio and living room are all available on site, all for you.

Access to your room is easy too - no stairs to navigate; you simply step over the threshold. You will be equipped with a personal security alarm; in case of an emergency, you will be connected to the manager’s suite for rapid response.

Nutritious meals - Every resident has different nutritional needs and desires, and Borden Manor works with each person’s special dietary needs. Meals are home-cooked, nutritionally balanced, based on the Canada Food Guide and served in a comfortable, relaxed dining room. Three full meals are provided as well as snacks, drinks and fruits all day long. The water at Borden Manor is filtered, so you never have to worry about impurities when you drink.

Social interaction - Borden Manor is a friendly place to live, relax and enjoy new friends. We celebrate birthdays and holidays, have sing-a-longs and games. The garden area features a raised bed for your own gardening pleasure - or your guests, if you wish to garden together. The living room features a beautiful fireplace, the perfect place to gather on cool afternoons. Borden Manor also offers a private area to entertain your guests, with easy access to the patio and garden.

Caring management - We’re proud of our team at Borden Manor. On-site staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We consult on all aspects of resident care, from safety issues and concerns to social activities and snacks. All our staff are certified by Food Safe Canada, have a police clearance, and some are certified in first aid, health care & hospitality. Our approach is resident-focused. Compassionate care, with your dignity and peace of mind is our highest priority.

Cost-effective care - There are no hidden costs at Borden Manor. Everything is included along with full cable TV service and your personal alarm. (Personal phone is an option) Our greatest concern is to maintain or improve your quality of life, and allow you to enjoy the warm, home-like setting we offer.
