be.at home (formerly SCPH Home Care) is dedicated to providing quality services that enrich the physical, social and spiritual dimensions of the lives of those we serve. Our goal is to help clients maintain their independence, quality of life, and safety by providing compassionate & professional in-home support services.

We are based in Venice, California, and serve clients throughout the greater L.A. area (Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley & Orange County.) We are a non-profit organization that has been in operation since 1995.

be.at home provides non-medical hourly & live-in home care. Staff carefully considers each client’s needs & preferences, striving to make personalized caregiver-client matches. Our caregivers are carefully selected based on skill, experience, and ability to care for our clients with patience and sensitivity. Caregivers are interviewed, fingerprinted, drug & tuberculosis tested, reference checked, physically examined, and receive ongoing support & supervision. They attend regular be.at home trainings on issues such as safety precautions, care giving skills & techniques, and client sensitivity. Our caregivers are employed by be.at home, are bonded & insured, and covered by worker’s compensation.
